Our vacation
rental homes are fully equipped with all the amenities you will
need
for your stay. Each kitchen is equipped with
service for the maximum occupancy as well as all the
pots, pans, cookware, and cookbooks necessary to
create your own
gourmet meal. We feature electric stoves, microwaves, ovens
and include side by side refrigerators with filtered water and
ice dispensers. Going a step further, we provide a
coffee/espresso maker, fondue maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and all
necessary utensils to stock your
kitchen.
The dining room features seating
for six and the kitchen counter has
seating for two.
The living room features a
leather couch and two leather chairs that offer
seating for five. There are also two ottomans
for additional seating.
The 37" LCD HDTV is
connected via HDMI to a 600Watt system for a true High
Definition experience. The surround sound system
also has a five disc DVD player and IPOD
compatibility.
The lanai features a
beautiful french door that opens to a teak couch and
two teak chairs offering seating for four under a
lighted ceiling fan.
Ceiling fans are located in
each bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, the
utility room, and the lanai.
The dining room features seating
for eight and the eat-in kitchen has seating for
four.
The living room
features a plush leather couch and loveseat that
offers seating for five.
The media / game
room has three spectator chairs around the pool
table and six reclining home theater leather seats
with cup holders.
Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom, the kitchen,
the utility room, the media / game room and on the
patio.
The media / game room is under the home air
conditioner but also has a wall a/c to boost the air
flow.The Patio also
has a side by side refrigerator w/filtered ice and
water along with a TV providing standard
cable.There are also
two bicycles provided.
